Magatsuhi's minions, Ruri and Ginta, steal the sacred beads of Sango and Miroku, weakening InuYasha's group. Meanwhile, Magatsuhi takes control of Kagome's mind, forcing her to use her arrow to seal InuYasha once more. Kikyo, InuYasha's former love, then pushes Kagome into a well, sending her back to the present day.

With InuYasha sealed and Kagome gone, the fate of the world hangs in the balance. The remaining members of InuYasha's group must find a way to break the seal and defeat Magatsuhi before it's too late.
